My cakes are made from scratch with quality ingredients you recognize! Butter, Sugar, Eggs, and fine Pastry Flour. Nut/Gluten/Egg & or Dairy free available as well! I have been in pastry for over 16 years and know I can make your event extra special.
To compose your best flavor for your event I ask that you combine a great cake flavor with a companion of a filling. The filling gives the cake depth and more unique flavor and provides moisture for the balance. My cakes are 3 layers of cake and 2 layers of filling and usually end up about 4″ tall.
What is the cake covered in?
A luscious Italian buttercream, which is cooked sugar over pasteurized whipped egg whites and freshly whipped butter. This is a smooth slightly off white color and is included with all cakes. Other options for cake covering are whipped cream (same day consumption only) and a *butter icing for an additional charge. If you request to have a fondant covered cake, this is always iced in buttercream first.

FONDANT COVERED CAKES AND ACCESSORIES:
All fondant covered cakes are first iced in buttercream and then covered in Fondant. I use high quality Satin Ice brand fondant (allergen free!), custom shaped cakes, toys/props and other accents call/email for estimate please.
These are available for $2.75 a piece with a minimum order of 6 pieces ($33/bakers dozen). Fondant/added toppers for an added fee.

• Butter Icing made with real butter, powdered sugar and a touch of lemon juice
• Cream cheese filling
• Fresh Strawberries/Raspberries/Blueberries can be added in with a filling
Additional costs for gluten free because of the high cost of gluten free ingredients.
